Meet Your Federal Retirement Experts

Guiding Federal Employees to Peace of Mind

Who We Are

In the same great traditions of our cultural heritage, our company is founded on honor, respect, and acknowledgment of sacrifices from those working for the betterment of everyone. The unfortunate truth for federal employees is that far too few are provided the essential guidance on their benefits and retirement plans to lead them to a successful financial future. And when help is offered, it's generally rife with conflicts of interest and advice you'd be better off without.

Lead Advisor, Emilee Eppler, has been where you are now. Married to a federal employee, Emilee sets the standard for fiduciaries specializing in government sector retirement. Her team empowers federal employees like you through expert knowledge, moral guidance, and the clarity needed to retire confidently.

Because I'm married to a federal employee, I understand on a very personal level the sacrifice and commitment it takes to not only work for the government but to invest your entire life savings into the Thrift Savings Plan or your 401(k)—and the anxiety when you realize there's no perfect option to use it when you retire.

My husband, Eddy, and I get the same cheesy invites to chicken dinner seminars as you do. We, too, hear the horror stories from our friends conned by shady advisors who skipped town with their entire TSP savings. It easily could have been our family who fell victims to these all too common traps.

That's why our mission is to arm federal employees with the knowledge you need to protect the retirement benefits you've earned over a lifetime of service and maximize them to live out your remaining days the way you want. I’ve ushered hundreds of federal employees from dozens of federal agencies and departments through their retirement.

But that's not where my job ends. I'm honored and humbled to be there for the spouses and children of my clients who have passed. I help them through the process of claiming their survivor benefits, filing taxes, and addressing any other financial changes. My team and I hope you find comfort knowing we’ll guide your family as if they were our own. Becoming your financial advisor isn't a one-off; it's a lifetime commitment to you that I take seriously because I've been where you are now.

Like you, Eddy and I work hard every day to be good stewards of what God gives us, and we too work toward a long, comfortable retirement. Let me be the first to offer you tangible hope that the retirement you want is more than just possible—it's achievable!—with accurate information and an advisor who is in your corner all the way.

On the weekends, you can find me at the lake, lacrosse field, golf course, or dance grounds with Eddy and our son, Shine. In the fall, ours is a house divided among Sooners, Pokes, Bears, and Bucs fans.

We love to entertain, especially our clients, who we consider an extension of our family. We host client dinners in our home; we're with them watching their children and grandchildren grow; we attend their ball games, graduations, weddings, and funerals. We celebrate together, we grieve together, and we do it all like family.

I am a member of the following groups and associations:

  • Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce
  • Rotary International-Paul Harris Fellow
  • American Indian Chamber of Commerce
  • American Indian–Alaska Native Federal Employees Association; Lifetime Member
  • Society of American Indian Government Employees

Whether deciding on your retirement timeline or maximizing your Social Security or Medicare benefits, Katie listens to your concerns first, acts decisively, and always provides a plan with your best interests in mind.
