Who We Serve
Serving with Faith, Stewardship, and Purpose
At Federal Retirement Authority, our work is rooted in faith and guided by stewardship. We believe that every blessing we’ve been given is an opportunity to serve others. Retirement planning isn’t just about numbers — it’s about helping families, individuals, and communities thrive.
To Whom Much Is Given...
We first and foremost serve God. We didn't discuss our faith much in our early years because Emilee was concerned it would seem disingenuous or self-promoting. However, after so many years of God's favor and growth beyond her wildest dreams, she believes if anyone is offended, we wouldn't be a good fit to work together anyway!
Stewarding other people's hard-earned money is an immense responsibility. We're not perfect by any means. Our office occasionally makes mistakes like any other. But our "why" remains constant: make it to share it.
We believe God gives so we can share. The math doesn't usually make sense but we've been shown countless times, we can't out-give God.
Luke 12:48 says, "From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked."

What We Believe
We believe God doesn't show favor on us to simply build wealth and live comfortably. Our mission is rooted in our faith, guided by the belief that everything we are blessed with is an opportunity to serve others.
We're privileged to serve families, individuals, and organizations who share our commitment to stewardship and generosity. Beyond financial guidance, our passion for community drives our involvement in meaningful causes, including coaching lacrosse, volunteering with Broken Arrow Public Schools Indian Education Program, teaching the 2nd grade Sunday School class at our church and sponsoring many Youth group activities.
Living Out Our Mission
Beyond financial guidance, our passion for service extends to our community. We invest our time and resources in causes close to our hearts, from coaching youth sports to volunteering with education and faith-based organizations.
